AGoT 23

I am thinking of ordering a new doll for spring/summer and I am probably going to get #23 when a new code comes up so I can get a discount. Does anyone have any pictures or reviews on #23?
Also - how fair is her skin? Is it as fair as #22 (which I have)? My plan for #23 was to have her mother be Moroccan and her father be American, and I just don't want her skin to be really fair. I already have #26 and I also liked 23's freckles and hair colour. I've seen her in person at AGPC but I don't remember what she looks like.

We have AGOT#22 and AGOT#23. The skin color looks the same to me. I have a picture of my #23 here http://www.imagestation.com/album/pi...?id=2107349205 pictures are # 9 and 10.

I think that she is really a pretty doll.

I love my Noelle. Hubby got me it for a holiday gift. Her skin seems about the same as 22, but the brown hair seems to make it seem a little bit darker. If that makes any sense. She is a beautiful doll though.
